Exhibits Information

Exhibits are documents or objects produced by a party in an action for identification and may be admitted into evidence during a trial or hearing. Once the trial or hearing is concluded, the court may order the exhibits to be released to counsel or parties appearing in propria persona, or parties may stipulate to the return of the exhibits pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1952, or Penal Code Sections 1417 through 1420.

For further information regarding exhibits after the conclusion of a trial or hearing, contact the Exhibit Coordinator at the phone number above.
